Chromium-Nickel-Molybdenum steel. Profile: Redondo
This is one of the steels called triple alloy for cementation, Nickel and Molybdenum contribute to increase the inner hardness. These perfectly balanced alloys, allow to obtain an excellent material for where full force is required, of a magnificent machinability and easy to be finished with an unparalleled quality, precisely because of its qualities facilitates any production process. This material is ideal for countless applications among which are: Gears, Pine nuts, Arrows, Pistons, for oil pumps, Camshafts, Meters, Molds for the plastic industry. Gags, etc. Machinable in a range of 65% based on AISI 1213 steel as 100%. Easy to weld with the most common methods, it is advisable to preheat all the parts to be welded and relieve tensions after welding, the degree or type of welding to be used depends on the service, design or measures required.
